Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund.

Returns

To start a return, email support@avkobrands.com with your order number and the reason. We will reply within 1 business day with return instructions. Items should be unused, in their original packaging, and in the condition you received them.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will send a free replacement or a full refund - no need to send the item back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund as long as they have not shipped. Email support@avkobrands.com as soon as possible.
