Shipping Policy

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Processing time: orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1-3 business days.

Delivery time: most orders arrive within 7-12 business days after shipping. Orders ship from our fulfillment partner's warehouse; transit times can be longer during holidays or carrier delays.

Shipping cost: free standard shipping on every order.

Tracking: you will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take 2-4 days to show the first scan.

Wrong address: please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us at support@avkobrands.com within 12 hours and we will correct it if the order has not shipped yet.

Lost or damaged in transit: if your package is marked delivered but has not arrived after 3 business days, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@avkobrands.com and we will send a replacement or refund you.
